Feasibility Assessment

Constructing installations over multiple locations requires an efficient method of evaluating the suitability of proposed sites and identifying potential construction issues that may be specific to that location.  Glenbarra Energy utilizes a Client Self Assessment form and tools such as satellite imaging as part of the Feasibility Assessment process to help capture basic location information that may be of use for planning and scheduling purposes.

Financial Modeling

Glenbarra Energy is very familiar with financial modeling for renewable energy systems to determine the financial viability of projects under different scenarios and incorporating different project structures.  We use models to incorporate debt and equity scenarios, calculating internal rates of return, payback and revenue sharing opportunities.  Glenbarra Energy is establishing financial relationships with leasing companies, banks and private investors to expand the number of opportunities where solar technologies can be deployed.  We are also working with provincial and federal government departments providing sector loans or deploying infrastructure funds to help assist municipalities, universities, schools and hospitals to adapt renewable technologies under the many programs.

Construction/Project Management

Glenbarra Energy utilizes its expertise in multiple location construction to provide a well planned approach that contributes to a cost effective build.  Glenbarra Energy also has the ability through its in-house Project Managers, Project Design Coordinators, Construction Managers, Certified Solar Installers and if necessary, Union Electrical, Mechanical and Roofing Trades to ensure that the scheduled timelines are met with the highest quality installation.  We take a customer focused approach to completing our projects, ensuring that there is successful scheduling, budgeting, site safety and minimal inconvenience to Clients/Building Occupants caused while the project is ongoing. 

Service and Maintenance

As part of our services Glenbarra Energy will work with an Organization’s Maintenance Staff to provide training in maintenance, trouble-shooting and assist in growing their knowledge level regarding the operation of the installed renewable energy system.

Community Awareness and Education Opportunities

Glenbarra Energy recognizes the Public Sector’s continuing need to communicate with groups such as members of the community, advisory committees and stakeholders throughout the Solar Development Plan. 

As part of our services Glenbarra Energy can provide information and consultation presentations that can be used in a public forum for comparative evaluations of factors such as: initial capital cost, installation complexity, project scope ongoing operating and maintenance costs and overall operating efficiencies.
